A BEAUTIFUL SUMMERS WEDDING WITH Mediterranean CHARM


Welcome to Gareth & Elmé's beautiful Mediterranean-inspired wedding which I had the pleasure to photograph on a warm, sunny summers day in August. G & E chose Oundle School's Cloisters, located in the beautiful countryside in Northamptonshire, as the backdrop to their wedding day and I genuinely could not think of a more perfect location.


From the moments I arrived at the school in the early afternoon I could see how much love and attention to detail had been made to make their wedding day perfect. They had chosen beautiful long tables styled with greenery and linen in beautiful soft and warm tones. I was immediately transported to a beautiful Italian villa on the med.


Before the reception could begin I met Gareth and his groomsmen over the road in the Great Hall to for their ceremony which was led by Elmé completely non-ordained brother. Half an hour of laughter, tears and semi-bad joked later and we all made our way over to the Cloisters where the party really started. Their wedding day was just the perfect blend of laughter, joy and happy tears topped off with an incredible cheese wedding cake!! Yes these really are a thing and they are amazing!!


I always feel so lucky to be part of weddings like this one. The wedding day gave me such ample opportunity to do what I love to do best, to capture the emotion, love and real joyful moments that happen at every wedding in a relaxed non-intrusive style. This wedding day will be one I remember for a long time.
